To Keep Things Safe And Somewhat Sane We Have To Have Some Rules In Place
*These rules and guidelines will be reviewed both days of the event in the morning at the pilot meeting at 9 a.m.
1. AMA insurance MUST be proven at time of registration
2. No test flights the days of the event (test flights are permitted the day before).
3. Pilots MUST have their event pass on them at all times during the event.
4. No more than 4 aircraft in the air at one time
5. Runway WILL be closed at 9a.m. each day for pilot meeting and opening ceremony (runway will also be shut down in the event of a mishap and halftime shows for safety
6. All pilots MUST fly with a spotter.
7. When flying and performing aerobatics, aircraft MUST be in the fly over area. Runway only used for takeoff and landing procedures.
8. Most important, Have Fun
